Keto Avocado Mayo | 1 CUP |
Yellow mustard | 1-2 Tbsp |
Paprika (smoked) | ¼ tsp |
Garlic Powder | ½ tsp |
Onion Powder | 1 tsp |
Distilled Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Baby dill pickles | 4 pickles |
First, make your homemade Keto Avocado Mayonnaise: take 1 egg, a tsp of Dijon mustard and put in bottom of a container. Slowly add 1 cup of avocado oil (make sure it’s pure avocado oil and not mixed with any “seed oils”). Either whisk by hand as you slowly add the oil to emulsify, or use an immersion blender, making your motions go up and down. (An emersion blender makes this a LOT easier).
Dice up your baby dill pickles as small and fine as you can get them. Then, add all the ingredients together and blend.
Perfect for a “deconstructed” BIG MAC without the bun, or just on top of any burger. Have fun with it an enjoy.
