For the last 48 hours, the Comfrey Snow Crew has been working tirelessly to keep our roads maintained. Day and night, they’ve been scraping, pushing, scooping and clearing our roads from mounds of the white stuff. I gotta say, in all the places we’ve ever lived, Comfrey’s crew does it the best. (And nope, I’m not blowing smoke because we live here. They really do care more than most).
Just fifteen minutes ago, my wife and I returned from Mankato, and their roads, well… their crews could learn a thing or to from the Comfrey Crew. To Boon and his crew, I wanted to take a moment to say, “Thank you.” I thank you, and I thank God for you, for you care about our town and it’s people, and it truly does show.
I know this post is short today, but not all needs to be long. Today was another reminder of how good we have it in our small little town. Thank you, God for Boon and his crew: for our town’s employees and volunteers who’re keeping our roads and sidewalks clear, and our lives safer from danger.
