Keto Avocado Mayo | 1 CUP |
Sour Cream | ½ cup |
Lemon Juice | 2 tsp |
Parsley, Dried | 2 tsp |
Dill Weed, Dried | 2 tsp |
Chives, dried | 1 tsp |
Garlic Powder | ½ tsp |
Fairlife 2% milk (or substitute w/ other) | 2 Fl oz |
First, make your homemade Keto Avocado Mayonnaise: take 1 egg, a tsp of Dijon mustard and put in bottom of a container. Slowly add 1 cup of avocado oil (make sure it’s pure avocado oil and not mixed with any “seed oils”). Either whisk by hand as you slowly add the oil to emulsify, or use an immersion blender, making your motions go up and down. (An emersion blender makes this a LOT easier).
Once your mayo is done, add all the other ingredients to the container and mix together. It’s that easy. It lasts for about 2 weeks (if you don’t eat it all before then).
Perfect for dipping chicken, for dressings, veggie dip… anything.
